1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using MODOSE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use MODOSE.
2. Personal Tracking Tool; Not Medical Advice
MODOSE is a personal organization and tracking tool. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, diagnostic service, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or monitoring.
Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medications, dosing, treatment decisions, or changes to a treatment plan.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into MODOSE and for independently verifying protocol schedules, medication names, dose amounts, concentrations, vial strengths, inventory values, syringe types, reminders, and other tracked information.
4. Calculators and Dose-Related Tools
MODOSE may provide calculators or dose-related tools for convenience. Results are mathematical outputs based on the values you provide and may be incorrect if an input is incorrect, incomplete, misunderstood, or entered in the wrong unit.
MODOSE does not verify the identity, purity, concentration, labeling, safety, appropriateness, legality, or medical suitability of any substance.
5. Notifications and Scheduling
Notifications and reminders are convenience features only. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on MODOSE as your sole method for remembering time-sensitive medication or treatment obligations.
6. Local Data and Backups
MODOSE is currently designed primarily around local device storage. You are responsible for maintaining any backups you require. Data may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear application storage, reset app data, lose or damage your device, or experience a software or hardware failure.
7. Premium Features and Subscriptions
MODOSE may offer optional paid Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Available plans, pricing, billing periods, trial terms, and included features are displayed in the app and by the applicable app store at the time of purchase.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal, subject to that store’s rules. Cancelling generally stops future renewal and may allow access to continue through the end of the current paid period.
Where available, MODOSE will provide a way to restore eligible purchases. Refunds, billing disputes, and certain subscription-management actions are governed by the applicable app store.
8. Changes to Premium Features
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue features over time. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will handle it consistently with applicable law and app-store requirements.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse MODOSE, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services, reverse engineer the app except where such restriction is prohibited by law, or use MODOSE in violation of applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
MODOSE may rely on third-party services for functions such as analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, payments, and subscription management. Your use of those services may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
11. Availability and Changes
MODOSE may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of any particular feature.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODOSE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MODOSE and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of MODOSE.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MODOSE and its developer from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
15. Termination
You may stop using MODOSE at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to MODOSE or related services where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or discontinue a service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
